Setting a minimum monthly fee enables you to establish a default minimum charge for your proposals to ensure a proposal never slips below the value you need.

You can control this from your pricing settings, or set it at a proposal template level so you can have different minimum fees for different types of work, for example sole traders vs. limited companies.

The default minimum monthly fee is set in your pricing settings. The fee you choose here will apply to all of your proposal templates, unless you override this within the template (see below help article)

Step 1. Go to Configure > Pricing Tool Set-up > Pricing Settings

Log in to the admin area of your app and go to pricing tool set up. Ensure you have the pricing settings tab selected on the left hand side. 

Step 2. Set your default minimum monthly fee
