How to send the WAHOO email to multiple staff members

The system sends the WAHOO email to the person who created the proposal when a client signs the engagement letter. You can add other staff members or a shared admin email address to receive these notifications in GoProposal.

What is the WAHOO email?

When a client signs a Letter of Engagement, GoProposal sends a confirmation email to the proposal creator. This email is often referred to as the WAHOO email.

How to send the WAHOO email to more than one person

  1. Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.

  2. This page displays all your engagement letter templates.

  3. select the Emails tab.

  4. Scroll down to the Additionally email to box.

  5. Enter the email address of those you wish to receive the WAHOO email.

  6. Separate each email address with a comma.

  7. Click Save Settings.
