Your logo appears on the front cover of proposals, as headers in documents, and within the create proposal tool. You can upload a main company logo and choose different images for headers or the proposal creation screen.
Change your logo
Go to Settings and select Company.
Select the Branding tab.
Under Company Logo, click Choose File and upload an image from your desktop. Ensure the image is in a supported format (e.g., PNG or JPEG) and has appropriate pixel dimensions for optimal display.
This logo will appear on:
The front cover of your documents
Document headers
The create proposal tool
Click Save Settings.
Use different images for headers or proposal screen (optional)
To use a different image for document headers:
Tick Use a different logo for the Proposal header and upload the image
To use a different image for the create proposal screen:
Upload the preferred image in the relevant section
Resize your logo before uploading (optional)
If your logo appears too large or too small, resize it using an external image editing tool before uploading. Follow these steps:
Open an Image Editing Tool: Use software like Photoshop, GIMP, or an online tool like Canva.
Adjust Pixel Dimensions: Resize the image by reducing its width and height in pixels. Ensure you adjust the pixel dimensions, not just the file size.
Save the Resized Image: Save the image in a supported format (e.g., PNG or JPEG) with the new dimensions.
Upload the Resized Logo: Return to your GoProposal Brand Settings and upload the resized logo.
General Guidelines for Pixel Dimensions
Logos: Keep the pixel dimensions smaller than banner images. If the logo still appears too large, continue reducing its width and height until it displays correctly
Banners: Typically, banner images are 1200–1500 pixels wide. Logos need to be significantly smaller than this range
You can preview your changes to see how the branding appears in your proposals.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the logo still looks too large after resizing, double-check the pixel dimensions and reduce them further
Avoid using overly large images, as they may not display properly within the GoProposal interface
Your updated logo and header images will now appear across your proposals, letters of engagement, and app interface.
