Setting a minimum monthly fee ensures you never go below the price that you want with a proposal.

You can set different minimum monthly fees for different proposal templates in case you'd like to vary your minimum monthly fee for different situations, for example for a sole trader versus a limited company.

Go to Configure > Templates & Emails to pull up a list of your existing proposal templates.

Edit the template you would like to apply a minimum fee to or add a new template.

You could duplicate an existing template if you are looking to create another version of the same template with a different minimum fee (for example New Client - Sole Trader vs. New Client - Limited Company).

Once you have clicked through to edit, duplicate or add a proposal template, set the minimum monthly fee:

Otherwise it will remain at the default set in your pricing settings.
