Step 1 - Check the proposal dates
The alignment fee only applies when the difference between the start date and end date in your proposal is less than 12 months
We designed the fee for clients who onboard mid-year and receive annual services billed monthly

Step 2 - Check the proposal template settings
By default, the alignment fee applies only to New Client proposal templates
If you’re using another template:
Go to Configure and select Pricing Tool.
Go to the Alignment Fee tab.
Add the required templates under Apply to which proposals.
Step 3 - Check the line item settings
By default, the alignment fee applies only to Annual Accounts and Directors’ Tax Returns line items
To add more services:
Go to Configure and select Pricing Tool.
Go to the Alignment Fee tab.
Add the relevant line items under Apply to which line items.
