Written by Russell Henderson

When setting up line items, you'll see a coloured circle (red, amber, or green) next to each service.

This traffic light status shows whether a line item is ready to use in a proposal:

  • Red: Missing essential details

  • Amber: Needs review

  • Green: Ready to use

Red status

  • You don't have a fee assigned to the service or

  • The service description is missing

Action:

  • Add a price to ensure you charge for every service

  • Add a service description to provide clarity and communicate value

Amber status

  • A service schedule is missing or

  • A field label is missing

Action:

  • Check if the service requires a schedule (refer to your governing body if unsure)

  • Complete any missing field labels

Green status

  • The line item has:

    • A price

    • A service description

    • A service schedule (if required)

    • All fields completed

Action:

  • You don't need to act. The service is ready to use in proposals
