OverSuite adapts these documents to your firm and updates them automatically for regulatory changes.
Step 1 - Subscribe or start a trial
Existing members
Go to Account and select Manage Account.
Click Optional Add-ons and select OverSuite.
Subscribe or start a 7-day trial.
New members
Add OverSuite during your GoProposal trial:
Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.
Click Get OverSuite.
Step 2 - Launch the OverSuite wizard
Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.
Select the OverSuite tab.
Answer all questions about your firm, such as governing body and data protection policies.
Submit your answers to generate your engagement letter suite.
Step 3 - Add Key People
Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.
Select the Key People tab.
Select Add New Principal to add directors, partners, or auditors.
Enter their name, role, and (optional) upload a signature and qualification.
Save and repeat for all relevant individuals.
Step 4 - Assign service schedules
Go to Configure and select Line Items.
Select Edit Line next to the relevant line item.
In the Contents tab, tick Use Smart Service Schedules.
Assign the correct schedule to each service.
For grouped services (for example, payroll), use Section Service Schedules.
Step 5 - Include the Payroll Data Processor Agreement
Go to Configure and select Line Items.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add New Section.
Create a section for all payroll services.
Assign the Data Processor Agreement to the section.
In each payroll line item, select Use section schedule in addition to individual schedules.
Step 6 - Review your documentation
Download your full OverSuite documentation:
Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.
Go to the Oversuite Tab.
Click Download PDF.
Read through the content to ensure it suits your firm.
Step 7 - Generate Smart Engagement Letters
When creating a proposal, select an OverSuite engagement letter.
Complete all required details, including auditor name for audit work.
Add services, generate the fee, and preview the engagement letter before sending.
OverSuite automatically includes:
Correct letterhead components
Professional body legends
Service schedules based on selected services
Other compliance features
Add a table of key dates to set clear expectations
Configure liability caps to limit risk
