Learn how to review and edit content using OverSuite in GoProposal. This includes adding terms, privacy notices, and service schedules.

Written by Russell Henderson

OverSuite provides a full set of smart engagement letters, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notices, Service Schedules, and more. These combine automatically when you create a proposal.

You can review or amend this content. Follow the steps below to edit your engagement letter suite.

Step 1 - Access your engagement letter suite

  1. Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.

  2. In the Engagement Letter Suite, use the tabs to open the sections:

    • Scope Library

    • Terms and Conditions

    • Privacy Notice

    • Schedule of Services

    • Agreement Statements

  3. These elements combine automatically to generate the correct engagement letter for each client.

Step 2 - Edit the content in your engagement letter suite

To edit a section (for example, Terms and Conditions):

  1. Open the section using the arrow icon.

  2. Hover over a statement and select Edit.

  3. A pop-up box will appear for you to amend the text.

Important:

  • Once you edit content, OverSuite will no longer auto-update that section

  • Be careful when editing statutory statements, as incorrect changes could invalidate the document

Colour coding:

  • Orange: Edited content

  • Pink: Update available for edited content

  • Green: New paragraph added by you

To add a new paragraph:

  1. Select Add Paragraph at the end of a section.

  2. Enter your text in the pop-up box and click Add Paragraph.

Step 3 - Edit service schedules

  • You'll manage Service Schedules within line items, not the Engagement Letter Suite page

  • Open the relevant line item and select a Smart Service Schedule

  • Edit content as above; colour coding rules apply

Step 4 - Preview your changes

  • Create a proposal, complete the details, and scroll to Preview Letter of Engagement to review your updates
