How To Customise Your Wahoo Emails on your Proposal Templates

How to edit your Wahoo emails within your Proposal Templates

Depending on the Proposal Template you select, you may want a different Wahoo email to be sent once your client accepts. You may want to customise a different Wahoo email for clients who have 'no acceptance required' templates.

Step 1:

To edit the Wahoo email content, head to Configure > Templates & Emails and 'Edit' a proposal template.

Step 2:

Select the 'Email' tab from your Proposal Template.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see a tab for 'Custom Wahoo Emails'. Select the toggle beside this so it turns 'On'.

Step 3:

Editing the content.

Once you have turned this toggle on, the 'Staff Email Subject/Content' will appear. Here you can make the edits to the Wahoo content, and select to Save Proposal Template.

Step 4:

Once you have added this to your Proposal Template and saved the content, once a proposal is generated, signed & accepted - the custom email for this template will generated.
