Written by Russell Henderson

GoProposal AML simplifies client onboarding and ongoing compliance. It manages money laundering risk in one place. From proposal acceptance to risk assessment and ID verification, AML tools help you stay compliant while reducing administrative work.

Step 1 - Add AML to your account

  1. Go to Account and select Manage Account.

  2. Apply the AML add-on to your account.

  3. Start a 30-day free trial if you’re a new or existing member.

Step 2 - Complete the onboarding wizard

  1. Once you activate AML, complete the onboarding wizard to provide your firm details.

  2. After setup, access AML features via the Contact Hub in the top menu.

Step 3 - Prepare your client dashboard

To manage risk efficiently, ensure your client list is accurate:

  • Import clients: Upload a CSV file or sync from an integration

  • Merge duplicates: Use the Merge Duplicate Contacts option

  • Hide or archive old clients: Multi-select and batch hide irrelevant contacts

  • Bulk set AML statuses: Update ID check and risk assessment statuses in bulk (for example, mark 10 clients as “To Do” or “Up to Date”)

This ensures your dashboard is clean and ready for AML checks.
