What you can do on the Line Items page
Edit service descriptions, schedules, key dates, and pricing
Add new services or duplicate existing ones
Hide or remove services
Rename sections or update introductions
Move line items between sections

Editing line items
Click Edit Line next to a service to update:
Description
Service schedules
Key dates
Pricing
📌 TIP: Enable key dates to assign start dates, deadlines, and filing dates. These appear in the Letter of Engagement.
📎 NOTE: for OverSuite users - assign an OverSuite Service Schedule to each line item using the drop-down menu.
Pricing options
Initial fees are based on your pricing matrix answers during setup
You can adjust pricing for any service
Choose from four pricing variations and two pricing types: Monthly or One-Off
Add calculations to create more complex pricing models
Duplicating a line item
Click Duplicate Line to copy an existing service
Update the name, description, or pricing as needed
Managing sections
Rename a section by editing the section name field
To change the introduction, click Advanced Options and edit the text
Decide on Section Visibility - Open By Default or Closed By Default
Move line items by dragging and dropping them into a new position or section
To create a new section:
Scroll to the bottom of the Line Items page.
Click Add New Section.
Add content or drag existing line items into the new section.
