Why Apply Service Schedules to Sections?
Sometimes you might find it more appropriate to set your service schedules up so that they apply to any service that is selected within a particular section of a proposal.
This is great for Tax Returns and Bookkeeping, since you might choose any number of services from that section but the same legal paragraphs would apply.
How To Add A Service Schedule to A Section
Step 1. Go to Configure > Line Items
Log in to the admin area of your app and go to your line items page.
Step 2. Add service schedules to the relevant sections
You can add service schedules in with any of the sections you need to on this page using the 'add section service schedule' toggle.
Once switched on, an empty box will appear enabling you to add your service schedule in here.
Step 3. Configuring your line items for that section
Once you've added in your section service schedule, you need to define what you want to do with any additional, individual line item schedules.
To do so, edit each line item within that section and scroll down to the 'use section service schedule' field.
Here you can specify whether or not you would like any additional service schedules to be pulled through if that service is selected.
You can use the section service schedule in addition to any schedules with that line item, instead of, or choose not to use the section schedule where that line item has been selected.
