Draft: You haven't sent the proposal to the client

Live: You've sent the proposal but the client hasn't signed

Won: The client has accepted the proposal and signed the engagement letter

Lost: You've manually marked the proposal as lost under the Outcomes tab (when the client declines or the proposal expires)
