Step 1 - Edit proposal templates

  1. From the homepage, go to Configure and select Templates & Emails.

  2. A list of your current templates will appear.

  3. click Edit to change any details.

  4. Select Add Template to start a new proposal template.

Step 2 - Configure key settings

You can edit the following fields:

  • Proposal Name: Use a clear naming convention, for example, New Client or Extra Work Order (Mid-Year)

  • Proposal Type: Proposal, Renewal or Extra Work Order

  • Documents to Send: Proposals only or include engagement letters

  • Redirect on Acceptance: Set a redirect page for clients after they approve a proposal

  • Minimum Monthly Fee: Specify a minimum fee for this template or use the default from pricing setting. This is useful for varying fees by entity type, for example, sole traders vs limited companies

Click Save to apply these settings to your proposal template.

📌 TIP: Review these settings regularly to ensure consistency across all templates.
