Complete the Pricing Wizard (5 minutes)
Fill out the Pricing Wizard to generate starting fees for your services. Adjust them later as needed. If you miss this step. contact support to reset the Pricing Wizard.
Review current pricing (15 minutes)
Create a first proposal using the default fees. Compare the calculation with a current client’s services and decide what to add, edit, or remove. You can adjust these fees later.
Add your own services (30 minutes)
Add missing services or software as new line items. Choose a pricing type, include calculations if needed, and add clear service descriptions. Start with core services first.
📌Tip: You can edit your services later. We advise getting your core services in initially, then add more complex line items later.
Remove what you don't need (15 minutes)
Delete or unpublish unnecessary line items that have been added by default. You can reimport them later if required.
Check the descriptions (45 minutes)
Review and edit service descriptions for clarity. A quick way is to create a proposal with all services selected and check the wording.
Complete the ballpark tests (15 minutes)
Run three existing clients through the system to test your pricing. Make final adjustments and confirm the new structure is better than your current approach.
