How to know when a client has signed their engagement letter

GoProposal provides two ways to confirm when a client signs a proposal: email notifications and the proposal dashboard. You can also track multiple signatures if required.

Email confirmation

When a client signs the engagement letter, the staff member who created the proposal receives a confirmation email. You can add additional staff members to these notifications.

Proposal dashboard

You can check signature progress in your Proposal Dashboard.

To check the signature status of a proposal:

  1. Click the Actions button for the relevant proposal.

  2. Select View signatories.

  3. A pop-up will show who has signed and who is pending.

  4. If you require multiple signatures, the screen shows all parties.
