There are a couple of ways you will be able to tell if a proposal has been approved and signed by your prospect or client.

When a member of the organisation signs your letter of engagement, the staff member who produced this proposal will receive a confirmation email (learn how to tweak what this says here).

👆 You can include additional staff members into these e-mails if need be.

You can also see how far along you are with attaining the signatures you need from your proposal dashboard.

Click on the signatures button beneath the proposal status..

..a pop up box will appear to show you who you are waiting on.

If you are requesting multiple signatures, both parties will be visible here so you can see who has signed.
